Young Edgies Win 48-hr Short Film Competition!

We’re incredibly proud of three of our young Edgies – Paddy, Alec, and Rohan (from right to left) – whose short film, ‘Dead Air’, swept the board at the recent 48 Hour Film Competition run by Action on the Side and won all 6 awards!

Conceived, shot, and edited in a weekend, ‘Dead Air’ follows the exploits of a rapper, Young Apex, and his entourage as they’re hunted down by the demon of a music producer.

It does come with a content warning for violence and offensive language, but we’d love for you to watch if you’re interested as it’s a fantastic piece of work and it showcases some of our amazing younger talent at The Edge – please get in touch and we can provide a link.
