Youth Employability has been recognised as a global crisis by NGO’s & governments and tackling the issue is of crucial importance. For McDonald’s, recruiting significant numbers of young people every year is simply a must.
This unique animated film needed to create a strong emotional connection with the target audience and really encourage people to get behind this potentially life-changing initiative. Through the use of typical representations of global disadvantaged youths, ‘Youth Employability’ demonstrates how much of a positive impact McDonald’s new initiative can bring to the unemployed.
