Heathrow wanted a film that would help travellers in need of special assistance feel able to prepare for their journey through Heathrow in advance of arriving at the airport. ​

It needed to reflect Heathrow’s vision of ‘giving passengers the best airport service in the world’ – and to show the ways in which the organisation enables passengers to prepare for travel.​

We shaped the film’s narrative around customers with different access requirements to shape stories in the script, and the featured cast comprises a cross-section of customers with different special assistance needs.
