Over 90 Edge Films Selected for the BFI National Archive

Over 90 of our films have been selected for the BFI National Archive, making The Edge the largest contributor of any current producer within our sector.

The BFI National Archive exists to preserve and protect the UK’s moving image heritage, ensuring important stories and creative works remain accessible for future generations. To have our films included as part of this collection is a significant recognition and one we’re incredibly proud of.

Having our films in the archive also reflects a continued belief in the value of preserving stories, celebrating creativity and recognising the role film plays in documenting the world around us.

We’d like to extend our thanks to Patrick Russell and the team at the BFI for selecting our films and for featuring us in their Inside the Archive blog. You can read the blog here.
