As part of a comprehensive rethink of Openreach’s safety training, we needed to deliver practical training on techniques to mitigate the risk of workplace violence. We created realistic scenarios to model good and bad behaviours which highlighted key factors, all then complemented elsewhere in the course with an established expert providing insights and commentary to help draw out key learnings for the learner.
