Calor needed an innovative solution to deliver CARE Habits Learning, a major new Health & Safety learning initiative that aims to encourage colleagues to take responsibility for their own safety and that of others, and help Calor drive towards achieving its critical goal of creating an environment where an incident-free workplace can exist.

We delivered a learning experience to drive the desired positive behaviour change and make the core messages stick by distilling the key information into a compact digital learning format, including using AI tools to create and motion-capture Gazz, a fun and engaging avatar who helps guide learners through key elements within the learning!
