Calor ‘CARE’ Wins Twice At The Learning Excellence Awards 2026

Last night, The Edge won two Gold awards at the Learning Excellence Awards for the Calor ‘CARE’ project.
The film-led digital learning initiative was recognised for outstanding work in learning and development, taking home awards in the Function Category: Health, Safety & Risk, and the Innovation Category: Design, Content Creation and Video.
Created in partnership with Calor, the CARE project was designed to deliver important learning and safety messaging through engaging, story-led content. Combining film, digital learning and creative design, the initiative demonstrated how high-quality storytelling can drive stronger engagement and make critical information more impactful and accessible for audiences.
The double win is a fantastic achievement for everyone involved in bringing the project to life and reflects the creativity, collaboration and dedication across both teams.
The recognition also marks our fourth consecutive year of success at the Learning Excellence Awards — a milestone we’re incredibly proud of as we continue to create meaningful, audience-focused learning content for brands and organisations.
Huge congratulations to our team and our partners at Calor on another brilliant achievement.
