This is a short film to educate every Vodafone UK employee about some of the technical intricacies, complexity and importance of the Vodafone network. The word ‘network’ is a very misunderstood and commonly misused word (usually by customers); however it has the potential to be a key differentiator when used against other competitors. Whether at work, in a retail store or answering the phone in a customer contact centre, every Vodafone employee needed to be armed with an understanding of the Vodafone network so they could talk to customers confidently and proudly, due to their newly acquired knowledge.
The film itself had to be cool, different, attention grabbing and capable of creating a buzz.... making people want to share it with their friends and colleagues. To do this, the film asks one very simple question...what is a network?
