The Edge recently completed two films designed to celebrate the official opening of Georgetown University School of Foreign Service in Qatar’s new building in Education City.

With a proud reputation for educating men and women for leadership roles in the international arena, this exciting project enables Middle Eastern students the opportunity to gain an American standard education in this area of study, on a par with the highly respected qualification from Georgetown’s hometown base in Washington DC – but now right on their doorstep.

The first film is an inspirational music led film, designed to highlight the splendour of the architecture and facilities of the new building itself, whilst the second is an illuminating documentary style film telling the story of how this ground-breaking project was achieved.  

The story is weaved from the heartfelt words of those closest to the development of a new campus - from the students who are currently studying there, to the Dean of the University and the staff who teach there, to Alumni whose lives were formulated after originally studying at Georgetown in the USA (including former US President Bill Clinton!).
